What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver to Bay sSt. Louis, Waveland, Diamondhead, Kiln, Picayune, Pass Christian, Long Beach, Gulfport, Biloxi, D'iberville, Ocean Springs, Saucier, Woolmarket, Pearl River, Slidell, and many others. We will deliver further for an additional fee.
Are your units clean?
Yes we clean our units after every rental. We have had a lot of complements on how clean our units are.
Are you Insured?
Yes we carry on of the highest limits on our general liability policy. Always consider this when price shopping for you next rental. Alot of companies will not be insured at all and others carry low limits on there insurance. We also carry commercial auto insurance on all of our delivery vehicles.
How do I reserve my jump?
It is as easy as calling us at 228-216-2228 and telling us what you would like to rent. We have had good luck with the honor system and not needing to get a deposit. If you reserve a unit and see trouble with your plans we ask you to please notify us ASAP to cancel so we can book the unit for another customer.
How far in advance should I reserve my items?
That would depend on the time of year and what you would like to rent. Many of our rentals are booked well in advance of the usual holidays. The best way to insure that you will be able to get what you want is to book as soon as you have decided on the date for a party or event. We hate to have to disappoint anyone who is requesting a specific item.
Do you charge sales tax? Yes. We charge 7% sales tax on all rentals. All prices on web site does not include tax. If you are tax exempt we will need a copy of your tax certificate.
What about rain or bad weather? We understand if the weather is bad and you need to cancel or reschedule your party. This is not a problem.
